It also helps form collagen, a key part of bones & connective tissue. Copper may also act as an antioxidant, reducing free radicals that can damage cells and DNA.

Cobalt as part of B-12, cobalt is used to prevent pernicious anemia. It's also needed to keep the nervous system working well.
